All orders placed on Nammapet.com are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). Orders placed during high-demand periods may require extra time to dispatch. In the event of any significant delay, we will notify you via WhatsApp or phone call.
We partner with multiple reliable courier services, including The Professional Courier, ST Courier, and DTDC The choice of courier depends on your delivery location to ensure faster and safer delivery.
Shipping charges are dynamically calculated based on your location and cart contents. These charges are clearly displayed at checkout.
Orders are shipped Sunday through Friday, excluding national and regional holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking link and the name of the courier partner via email and WhatsApp. The tracking link becomes active within 12 hours of dispatch.
Please monitor your shipment and arrange to receive it promptly. If you experience delays beyond 2 days of the expected delivery date, contact our support team for assistance.
In certain restricted areas, our courier partners may ask you to collect your shipment from the nearest hub. This is especially common for live items, where timely pickup is critical. You can find hub contact details through the tracking link provided.
Note: All orders are prepaid. Couriers are not authorized to collect any payment upon delivery. Report any such request to us immediately.
You may cancel an order by contacting us via WhatsApp within 1 business day of placing it. Cancellations beyond this period may incur payment gateway charges. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.
If you are unsatisfied with a purchase, refunds may be issued after a thorough review. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
All refunds are credited to your website wallet (not bank/UPI). Wallet credits can be used for future purchases but are non-withdrawable.
For DOA refunds, shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Depending on the situation, we may choose to either refundor resend the affected item. Our team will make the final decision.
Returns are accepted only for electronic and electrical items that arrive defective, subject to the following conditions:

Wallet refunds generally reflect within 2–3 business days. For inter-state orders, this may take up to 4–7 business days.

Note: We are not responsible for fish deaths caused by poor water parameters in the customer’s tank. However, if a refund is requested, video proof of water testing must be provided.
